That kind of back-and-forth is exactly what a market-making desk likes, and the numbers show it: 246 round trips, of which 158 won, 50 broke even, and only 38 lost, for a 64.2 percent win rate. The median hold was just under 25 minutes, so most lots were bought and sold again quickly.
The machinery itself was nearly invisible, which is the goal. Uptime was 99.8 percent, 1,117 orders went out, and only 3 were refused. The guardian found nothing to fix, the AI analyst had no diagnoses to make, and the autopilot ran no experiments, so today's settings are simply yesterday's, proven and left alone.
One detail worth noticing: even on a quiet day, a 64 percent win rate means more than a third of round trips did not win. The desk's edge comes from wins being frequent and losses being small and quick, not from being right every time. Nine days in, that pattern is holding.
